Founded in 1986, CMC is locally owned and operated in Fayetteville,
NC. We opened with one primary mission: to combat the impersonal service
provided by most banks and large remote mortgage companies. In 2006
our commercial division continues our mission.
We develop and preserve long term relationships with our clients
by providing the best service and optimal financing solutions through
access to capital markets. We focus on your individual needs and
objectives as key determinants in structuring the appropriate financing.

We offer Purchase, Refinance, Rate Reduction, Acquisition, Development,
and Construction loan programs for multi-family and commercial properties
in the Southeast ranging from $500,000 to $50,000,000.

Who We Are
David Allred is the founder and president of Carolina Mortgage Company,
and has 30 years of mortgage banking experience. He has a flawless
reputation for offering the best terms available, and for ensuring
your comfort during each step of the process.
Jackson Howard has a strong financial background with an undergraduate
business degree from UNC-Chapel Hill and a MBA at the University
of Georgia. Armed with extensive knowledge of commercial real estate
investments and finance, his entire focus within the company is
